Requesting a refund
If you made an accidental purchase or are dissatisfied with your upgrade, you can submit a refund request:

What happens when a refund is processed
Once a refund is approved and processed, your account immediately returns to the standard Free tier.
- Perks & roles removed: All Premium feature gates (extra profile pages, subscriber badges, custom domain slots, and
profile.catdomain access) are revoked. - Custom domain slots: Active custom domains beyond the Free tier limit (0) will be disabled.
- LemonSqueezy payout: The refund is credited back to your original payment method via LemonSqueezy. Processing times usually take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
