Reset your account password or recover access via email
Password Reset & Recovery
If you forget your password or lose access to your account, you can recover it using the automated password reset flow.
Reset your password
Open the Forgot Password page
Navigate to Forgot Password ↗ or click Forgot password? on the Login ↗ page.
Enter your account email
Type the email address registered with your Dajia account and submit the form. Dajia sends a password reset link with a secure token to your inbox.
Check your inbox
Open the password reset email from Dajia and click the reset link.
Reset links are time-limited for security. If the link expires before you use it, request a new one from the Forgot Password ↗ page.
Set your new password
On the Reset Password ↗ page, enter your new password, confirm it, and submit. Once updated, you can immediately log in with your new credentials.
Password requirements
Your new password must meet platform security standards:
- At least 8 characters in length
- At least one uppercase letter (
A-Z) - At least one lowercase letter (
a-z) - At least one number (
0-9) or special character (!@#$%^&*...)
